2. My art piece is a picture of a lynx. It is making a cute face and its smiling with its tongue out. The lynx has spots on its upper body. I describe it as cute, adorable, and playful. She is crouched down on her stomach in the snow. By using shading, coloring, and texturing this helps give depth to the piece. I used cyan which is a light blue for the shading and solid black ink for the spots. I used pink blushes on its face, tongue, and eyes. She takes up most of the space in my picture because it's a closeup view. She has a happy face which gives the viewer of happiness and playfulness. The snow makes you feel cold but she is warm because of her fur. It's successful because I finished it just on time and I used my art skills successfully by using Sony Sketch which is a mobile app.
3. Art is the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power. That is the definition of art according to Webster. I believe art is amazing. I have learned that I am pretty good at drawing. Art is the way I escape. Art allows me to demonstrate the beautiful talent I have. There are many ways to use art as expression. Some people dance, draw, pottery, mixed media, shapes, animals, clay project, paint, poetry, and etc. Because they are so many medias to use for creating art, the possibles are endless.
4. Artistic Style- is a distinctive manner which permits the grouping of works into related categories. An artist particular style helps you to recognize their work. My style includes soft lines, and animation. Happy feelings, pastel colors and black and white. You can even say its cartoonish. I use lots of blue skies and fluffy clouds and green grass, The subjects I usually draw are animals and different feelings.
